Out of Hours and Emergencies

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

Prescription Queries

When contacting the surgery please note that all prescription queries will be re-directed to the POD so please call them first by telephoning 01474 555800 .

We have had a significant increase in abusive behaviour on our phone lines and would like to remind patients of our zero tolerance policy and that our receptionists have got the right to terminate the call following a warning if the abuse persists.

PLEASE HELP TO KEEP OUR DOCTORS, NURSES AND STAFF SAFE AND WELL TO ALLOW US TO CONTINUE TO HELP YOU.

THANK YOU

YOUR COOPERATION IS GREATLY APPRECIATED
