The Wellcome Practice, Dartford East Health Centre and Lowfield Medical Practice will be working together from the beginning of October to offer additional appointments to their patients in the evenings (6.30pm-8pm) and on Saturdays from 9am-5pm).  To help us plan these appointments we would be grateful if you could answer a few questions.
 

1. I would be likely to request a telephone appointment with a GP or another member of the practice team at the following times
