Booking an Appointment
Please contact the surgery on 01322 421480 (please note that our lines are extremely busy between 08:00 – 10:00am and again at 14:00 – 16:00. Alternatively you can visit the practice in person.
Please wear a face covering when attending a face to face appointment with the doctor, nurse, healthcare assistant and any of our clinical team.
For administration queries you can complete an eConsult form via this link www.drshimminsandpartners@webgp.com you will receive an email confirmation with a code and / or a text message from the practice confirming your submission. If you request is urgent please do not submit an eConsult form. Please note that the response will be by a Text Message or Email and could take up to 48 hours. This does not guarantee you an appointment as all consultations will be triaged either by the clinical team or the administration team.

Home Visits are available for those who are medically unable to travel to the surgery.

The surgery does not open on Bank Holidays. For medial help and advise please call NHS 111.
