Non-urgent advice: Patient Notice
OUR SURGERY DOORS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED BUT WE ARE STILL AVAILABLE FOR ALL YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE NOW HAVE A VIDEO DOOR BELL AND WE REQUEST THAT ONLY PATIENTS THAT HAVE BEEN ASKED TO COME TO THE SURGERY BY A HEALTH PROFESSIONAL RING THE BELL. PLEASE TELEPHONE THE SURGERY TO MAKE A TELEPHONE APPOINTMENT WITH ONE OF OUR GP’s OR ALTERNATIVELY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ONE OF OUR NURSING TEAM. THIS IS FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL OF OUR PATIENTS AND OUR SURGERY STAFF.
When contacting the surgery please note that all prescription queries will be re-directed to the POD so please call them first by telephoning 0300 131 1100.
We have had a significant increase in abusive behaviour on our phone lines and would like to remind patients of our zero tolerance policy and that our receptionists have got the right to terminate the call following a warning if the abuse persists.
PLEASE HELP TO KEEP OUR DOCTORS, NURSES AND STAFF SAFE AND WELL TO ALLOW US TO CONTINUE TO HELP YOU.
YOUR COOPERATION IS GREATLY APPRECIATED
We also offer extended hours several days a week between
07:00am and 08:00am and 18:30pm and 20:00pm. Please either book online or call the reception team for availability. These appointments can be pre-booked.
